Turnaround Time Synced videos will be sent within 2 business days after we receive the ASCII from the reporter.
We will confirm with your firm via email, 1 business day prior to the job.
Must be communicated no later than 24 business hours prior to the job or the minimum hourly charge will apply. If canceling day of job please call 727-821-4540.
1.5X shall apply before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM on weekdays. 2X shall apply on weekends & holidays.
We have 11 professional conference rooms, video streaming, full-service office
complimentary beverage bar, and ample free parking.

Base Rate: $300 minimum per job –
includes: First 2 hours, certification documents, and MP4 digital download. $100/hr per additional hour.
In person: $50 setup/tear down and travel within 40 miles. $0.70 per additional mile.
Archiving: $20 per hour of video, stored for 7 years.
Invoices are sent upon delivery and due in 30 days; 1.5% interest on overdue invoices.
Credit cards stored on file will NOT incur any charges, unless the invoice goes unpaid for more than 45 days. At which time, we will contact you to let you know we will be charging the card or to arrange another payment option. This information is only collected to secure payment.
