Your firm will receive an email one (1) business day prior to the scheduled assignment. If no response is received by 4:00 p.m., the assignment will be deemed confirmed and a videographer assigned.

Video: 24 business hours prior to the job or the minimum hourly charge will apply.

Trials:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of start are non-refundable.
• Cancellations 7-14 days of start are 50% refundable.

1.5X shall apply before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM on weekdays. 

2X shall apply on weekends & holidays.

Base Rate: $300 First 2 hours/  $100/hr per additional hour. Billed in 30 minute increments.

Invoices are due within 30 days; 1.5% interest applies to overdue balances. Credit cards on file are charged only if an invoice remains unpaid after 45 days.
